Jazz Harmony 2 builds on concepts presented in Jazz Harmony 1. This course will discuss the Blues form, minor key harmony (in depth), guide tone lines, voice leading and diminished chord patterns and scales. Jazz Harmony focuses on the study of chords and their relationship with each other. This class will review some fundamental harmonic concepts before exploring major and minor scale harmony in depth.
