This is a face to face class at the Conservatorium building For adults (minimum age 16) Entry requirements: Ability to read music*. Some previous vocal tuition. All students are required to present a song in front of the class in Week 1 accompanied by Alan. Please come with a song prepared and 2 copies of the vocal score (piano and vocal parts together in one score), one for the pianist and one for you either taped together, bound or in a display folder. Performance from memory is encouraged but not required. *(but you do not have to be a great sight singer)

Jazz Harmony 1 ONLINE

Jazz Harmony focuses on the study of chords and their relationship with each other. This class will review some fundamental harmonic concepts before exploring major and minor scale harmony in depth.
