Darren Heinrich is an Australian jazz organist, pianist and educator based in Sydney. He holds a 1st class honours degree in jazz from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. Heinrich has recently completed the world’s first practice-based PhD research into jazz organ improvisation. He has studied extensively with Hammond B-3 organ masters Dr. Lonnie Smith and Tony Monaco in person.
