Sarah is a voice student in her final year of studying a Bachelor of Music Performance (Honours) at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music under the tutelage of Dr Narelle Yeo. Sarah is an experienced performer, having made her international operatic debut in 2025 as ‘Amore’ in L’incoronazione di Poppea with the Berlin Opera Academy in Germany. Sarah has performed in numerous vocal masterclasses, spanning across musical theatre and classical disciplines including Paul Tabone and Simone Sault’s The Artist’s Lab (2023), The Erasmus Foundation’s Women Composers of German Lied led by Tanya Aspelmeier and Lisa Herger (2025), and Opera Caledonia in Edinburgh (2025). Outside of performance, Sarah is an aspiring academic having spent 2024-2026 working as a Research Assistant under the guidance of Dr Neal Peres Da Costa on his Australian Research Council funded project “The shock of the old: Rediscovering the sounds of bel canto 1700-1900.”
As a voice teacher, Sarah specialises in developing a strong technical foundation that can be applied to all genres of singing, with a specific interest in contemporary and classical musical theatre styles. Sarah also specialises in working with neurodiverse students and welcomes all abilities into her classroom.
