                          Sally Marett

                          SALLY MARETT

                          Sally Marett has been performing for over 20 years, starting her career
                          professionally on the Channel 7 television program “Home & Away” at
                          the age of 15. She appeared on the show as a regular character for 2
                          years before studying Theatre and Acting at the Western Australian
                          Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) where she completed an
                          Advanced Diploma of Performing Arts. During this time Sally continued
                          building her love of music, and in 2004 she commenced a Bachelor of
                          Contemporary Music (majoring in voice) at Southern Cross University in
                          Lismore.

                          After graduating in 2006 Sally moved back to Sydney and began
                          playing professionally on the live music scene, where she continues to
                          thrive today. She regularly performs in a variety of different projects
                          singing contemporary styles including Jazz, Soul, Funk, Hip Hop and Pop.
                          In 2010 she released an EP of her original music.

                          She has been teaching since 2007 both privately and in the
                          independent school system (where she continues to teach today),
                          and in 2010 she conducted a vocal workshop at Southern Cross
                          University as part of their Women in Contemporary Music program. She
                          is passionate about music and music education.
