Ukulele: Beyond the Strum is designed for those wanting to play in a smaller group (up to 12 members). We explore various playing styles including plectrum and finger style techniques (finger picking/strumming) through a wide variety of repertoire from folk and pop to classical and world music. The course will help you improve your music reading, rhythm, melodic and harmonic skills while developing other areas of your musicianship such as ear training and improvisation. Designed for mid-level to more advanced players who are looking for a challenging and stimulating ensemble. All in a supportive atmosphere and while having a lot of fun!
