Rising Stars Audition - Organ

This program is for students wishing to audition for the Conservatorium Open Academy Rising Stars Richard and Doreen Wilson Organ Scholarships. Rising Stars Audition - Jazz

How to apply Students wishing to join Rising Stars Jazz will be auditioned. Backline and frontline instrumentalists are welcome to apply. The Auditions will be held at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music on Thursday 30th November from 5pm. Jazz Piano: First Steps Level 2

Students will be extending the knowledge and skills that they gained in the level 1 course.  By studying classic jazz tunes from the Great American Songbook and by many of the jazz masters, students will develop a deeper understanding of jazz harmony as well as melodies and rhythms unique to the jazz idiom.
