Cancellation of registration and refund policy
Mounting an event such as the Australian Flute Festival requires long term planning, commitment and contractual agreements with our artists and the venue.
Due to these commitments and liabilities, we regrettably are not able to offer refunds.
The Australian Flute Festival and the Conservatorium Open Academy, in its absolute discretion, may consider a credit or a refund only where extenuating circumstances apply, for example, on compassionate grounds or the inability to attend classes for medical reasons, if a doctor’s certificate is supplied.
