PLEASE NOTE THE COURSE START DATE/TIME IS THE DATE YOU WILL RECEIVE ACCESS TO MODULE 1 CONTENT, NOT A TIME YOU ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND. 

The module content will be released on Fridays with the first module released on 20 OCT. You do not need to attend a zoom session at that time. Work through module 1 over the following week as preparation for your first mentored zoom session. All moderated sessions will be recorded for students to access. You will maintain access to the module content for 12 months from the start date.

Soul Ensemble -Audition

These classes are designed to introduce the student to a broad range of classic Soul and Rhythm ‘n’ Blues music styles. ** For adults (minimum age 16)

The fee for the 8 week term is $540. If you enrol for an audition by 18 September (end of early bird offer), you will only pay the Early Bird rate of $475.20 for the term (12% discount), providing you are successful at audition. If you are a full time student or hold a current pension/healthcare card you are eligible for a 15% discount. Call office for more info.
PLEASE NOTE: We will only audition positions that are vacant. Current students have first option to re-enrol. We will inform you if there are no spots available to audition for asap and refund your audition fee currently . For adults (minimum age 16)

SOUL ENSEMBLE start dates are: Tuesday 17 October and Thursday 19 October 6-8pm.

These classes are designed for students who wish to develop confident improvisation, aural and sight reading skills. They provide an ensemble-based environment for the development of personal jazz skills, along with an understanding of the dynamics at work in a small performance group. JAZZ ENSEMBLES COMMENCE ON THE FOLLOWING DATES:

  • Monday 16 October - 6-8pm (tutor - Andrew Dickeson)
  • Tuesday 17 October 6-8pm (tutor - Brendan Clarke)
  • Wednesday 18 October- 6-8pm (tutor - Mariela Mulder)
  • Thursday 19 October- 6-8pm (tutor - Michael Bartolomei)

Any woodwind or brass instrument will be considered for the 'horn' positions.
